1. I'm moving out of a WeHo apartment. Will cleaning the bedroom carpet be enough to satisfy my landlord?

   Usually, yes, if the carpet is intact and the soiling is normal wear. If you have a bedroom that always smells a bit stale, that trapped air is usually why, and drying it properly matters more than the cleaning itself.

3. How fast can you get someone out here?

   Often within a day or two for standard bookings. Same-day is sometimes possible, especially for a single bedroom or a small one-bedroom, which is most of what we clean in West Hollywood. Call and we'll tell you what's open rather than promising a window we can't hold. The bigger scheduling factor is usually building access, not our calendar. If there's a garage gate, a loading zone with limited hours, or a manager who has to let us in, let us know when you book so we're not sitting outside.

4. What goes wrong most often with carpet in these buildings?
